Our Story

I am Steve Papp, owner and operator of Papp’s Food Truck.  Born and raised in New York, I came to appreciate a great tasting hot dog.  I went to college at the Culinary Institute of America and worked in various restaurants around the US.  While I enjoy cooking fine cuisine, nothing beats the good ole’ American comfort food.  My wife, Andrea, joins me in this venture and her being an ex-US Army soldier, instills in me even more pride and wanting to accomplish my American dream in running this business.

At the crossroads of sweet and savory is where happiness meets.  Papp’s is the place to go if you’re craving something different.  My true happiness is cooking for others and I look forward to meeting you at Papp’s.  Please look for us on social media and throughout the Muskogee OK area.
